  I tried to submit an order, but after I filled in the form, when I clicked "upload files" I got a server error:

  "Could not execute JDBC batch update"

  When I tried again, I got this:

  "Service Temporarily Unavailable

  The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Apache/2.2.14 (Fedora) Server at uniquecopycenter.com Port 80"

  Help?  We were hoping to submit this have this delivered on Thursday in midtown.

This is the order text I tried to use:

We need 20 bound booklets please.  Comb binding with clear front and black back is fine, on letter size paper.  Pages printed in color, double-sided.

I'm uploading 2 PDF files:

QCO-subway-reading-cover.pdf

and

QCO-subway-reading.pdf

The cover is just the cover sheet for each booklet, of course (it is single-sided).

Then the second file (66 pages) is the actual content.  That is the part that should be printed double-sided, with the first page (the table of contents) on the right-hand side (facing the blank back of the cover sheet on the left).

If you could keep these instructions and files around, at least for a while, that would be great.  We are printing these to distribute at a conference this weekend, and if demand is high, we might need to print more.
