Other broadcasters have been slower to grasp the free model. Most still insist on my signing boilerplate contracts with exclusive “rights”. I won't. So instead of just broadcasting the film for FREE, they don't broadcast it at all. It's weird, but it's a cultural problem, and I expect it to change within a few years. Smaller, scrappier broadcasters are figuring it out and accepting the CC-SA license.
