The project buttons -- that awkwardly-placed row of too-small images
beneath the main banner right now -- need to be larger.  Well, that and
their positioning on the site is kind of weird right now, but I could
work on that if you could work on the images themselves.

Right now they're 108x45, and they should really be like 150x75 or so
(just a ballpark).
  
As for the positioning, what I need to do is make them be spread evenly
on the site from far right margin to far left, instead of having those
two awkward gaps on the sides.

Mike, I could work on the latter if you have time & itch to work on the
former.  Thoughts?

I based them on some images Nina had made, which were added into SVN in
r1684, r1692, r1701, r1737, r1738, r1739, and r1741.  Many of those
originals can be found here...

...but see the revision list above for details, as some of those
original images made their way to other locations in the tree too.

There will probably be one or two project button images added in the
near/medium-term future; we can just be prepared for that by leaving
enough collective gap on the site across the current set.
